The Wellington 34-year-old father of two, Sloan ‘Choppa’ Frost been racing motorcycles competitively since he was eight. Having grown up in Whangarei and Tauranga, Frost was ranked in the top five nationally in motocross in just about every age group he entered until he was 25. When the toll of motorcycle injuries started to interfere with his apprenticeship and work as a refrigeration engineer, Frost looked to the track in 2012. Sloan has had success over the years with other motorcycle brands however true success has followed since his partnership with the GSX-R1000, a machine capable of delivering results and helping Sloan achieve such titles as the 2016 New Zealand Superbike Champion.
