Suzuki Satisfies Again in Canstar Blue Customer Surveys
Suzuki has once again taken home the Canstar Blue Customer Satisfaction New Car Award for 2025, as well as receiving the inaugural Canstar Blue Dealership Servicing Award.
This is the third successive and sixth number one placing for Suzuki on the Customer Satisfaction New Car Award, with previous back-to-back wins in 2014 and 2015, 2017 and 2018, and now 2024 and 2025.
The Customer Satisfaction New Car Award allows consumers to rate their new cars across six categories comprising overall satisfaction with the car, after sales service, driving experience, point of sale service, reliability and value for money.
Bruce Pitchers, Editor for Canstar Blue said “This year, Suzuki once again dominates our ratings, and is the only car brand to be awarded a top 5-Star rating for Overall Satisfaction from its new car customers.”
“Suzuki also achieves 5-Star ratings in the fields of After Sale Service, Point of Sale Service and Reliability, plus great 4-Star ratings for Driving Experience and Value for Money.” said Mr Pitchers.
Aaron Wales, the National Automobile Sales Manager for Suzuki New Zealand, expressed his excitement about winning the Canstar Blue Award once again. Suzuki’s achievement of receiving the maximum five stars in most categories reflects our loyal customers, our reliable range of vehicles, and the dedicated commitment of our Suzuki dealer network.”

The independent organisation also mentions “Therefore it’s fitting that Suzuki is the winner of our inaugural Dealership Servicing Award. And it takes home the win with a stellar set of ratings from its very happy customers.”
Across the six categories that are surveyed in the Canstar Blue Dealership Servicing Award, Suzuki achieved top 5-Star ratings across all but one of the award categories, including overall satisfaction, customer service, value for money, time taken, and cost of parts, with a 4-Star rating received for effectiveness of repairs.
